Vincenzo Galilei, född 3 april 1520 i Santa Maria a Monte, död 2 juli 1591 i Florens, var en italiensk musiker (lutenist), kompositör, musikteoretiker och musikpedagog.Han var far till den berömde astronomen Galileo Galilei.
