Den döende svanen är en solodans, koreograferad av Michel Fokine för den ryska ballerinan Anna Pavlova. Musiken är komponerad av Camille Saint-Saëns. Fokine hämtade inspiration från baletten Svansjön samt dikten The Dying Swan av Alfred Tennyson, men stycket ska inte förväxlas med Svansjön av Tjajkovskij.

Om Carnival of the Animals

The Carnival of the Animals is a humorous musical suite of fourteen movements by the French Romantic composer Camille Saint-Saëns. The work was written for private performance by an ad hoc ensemble of two pianos and other instruments, and lasts around 25 minutes.
